Harnek Singh Bajaj, MD
Dr. Harnek Singh Bajaj, is dual board-certified Interventional spine and pain physician and long time native to the greater Richmond area. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before going on and completing his medical school training. He then completed both his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency and Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he trained under leaders in the field of pain medicine.
Dr. Bajaj has published several peer-reviewed articles in the field of Interventional pain medicine and is excited to incorporate the most evidence-based and cutting edge technologies to his practice repertoire.
Dr. Bajaj is passionate about treating patients holistically and not only relieving their pain, but also improving their function and quality of life so that they may get back to doing the activities that bring them joy. He has extensive experience with fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided procedures including epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks, joint injections, and neuromodulation.
Dr. Bajaj spends his leisure time in outdoor adventures, hiking, travel, and studying traditional Panjabi folk music and Sangeet.
